Since I created one wrist watch before using tutorial, I wanted to creat my own. I used wrist watch I have, so it was easy to know exact shape and details of it.

Probably the hardest part was to create golden shader to look realistic. It has depth and unique reflectivity. I looked at many examples out there on net, but nothing was satisfying enough. I found out dirty trick which is hard to notice on renders if you don't know. Material is transparent and reflects itself. It adds true effect of gold since it has lots of depth and refraction.

For textures I used bump map to express writing depths, emphasize shapes add detail. You can see it on wristband which is made of crocodile leather.

Though gold shader gave me pain, it was very fast and fun little project.
